End User Licence Agreement
This is the licence for the GoodPDF desktop application. It covers what you may do with the software once you have a key, and it is deliberately permissive about the things people actually need — moving to a new machine, using it at work, keeping it after a subscription lapses.
01Overview
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and GoodPDF Limited for the use of GoodPDF software.
By installing, copying, or otherwise using this software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the software.
02License Grant
GoodPDF Limited grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your personal or business purposes.
03Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software. You may not rent, lease, or lend the software.
04Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA.
